Our Online Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope that you will get many years of enjoyment from your purchase. Our aim is always to give you excellent customer service. If you have any problems then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. If for any reason your purchase is unsuitable, providing the item has not been worn and you have the receipt we will exchange within 28 days of purchase. Your statutory legal rights are not affected.

In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within 12 months, please return it to us for assesment. We will then asses if the item is a manufacturing fault or is due to accident or wear and tear and act accordingly.

AURUM naturally complies with all trading standard legislation and comprehensive details of this legislation may be found by visiting www.tradingstandards.gov.uk. We greatly value your custom and trust that you will wish to shop with us again. We welcome any feedback that may help us improve our service.

By completing the checkout procedure you are placing an order with Aurum for the delivery of the requested items in accordance with our terms and conditions set out below.

Description Of Items
All items are described as accurately as possible. However please note that all measurements are approximate and, as gemstones are natural products, the precise colour may vary slightly from item to item. Aurum accepts no liability for any inaccuracy or incompleteness in these descriptions.

Postage and Packing Charges

Postage and Packing
We do not charge for postage or packing. All items are shipped to you at no additional cost by Royal Mail recorded post if your purchase is less than £100 or Special Delivery if it is more than £100. Items which are to be delivered outside the UK will incur an additional charge which will be advised separately.

Damaged/Faulty Items
We will replace or make a refund for any item which is damaged or faulty or sent in error. All claims must be made via email to enquiries@aurumdesign.co.uk or by post to Aurum, 21 Bedford Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1AR within five days of receipt and the original item(s) must be retained for return or inspection by Aurum if required. We will advise you of the best method of returning the item.

Prices
The price of each item is quoted on the website and includes any required tax charge at the prevailing rate. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Any legal  contract entered into through the purchase of items from this website shall be deemed to be made in the United Kingdom and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England.
