Our Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope that you will get many years of enjoyment from your purchase. Our aim is always to give you excellent customer service. If you have any problems then please contact our Store Manageress, who will do her best to resolve them to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months we will repair it promptly free of charge and where this isn't possible offer an exchange or refund. We will always offer you an exchange or a refund if the fault occurs within the first 28 days.
The above applies to manufacturing faults and not those caused by accident, neglect, misuse or fair wear & tear. Your statutory legal rights are not affected. Terms and Conditions
By completing the checkout procedure you are placing an order with Aurum for the delivery of the requested items in accordance with our terms and conditions set out below.

Description Of Items
All items are described as accurately as possible. However please note that all measurements are approximate and, as gemstones are natural products, the precise colour may vary slightly from item to item. Aurum accepts no liability for any inaccuracy or incompleteness in these descriptions.

Postage and Packing Charges
When you place an order the appropriate postage and packing charge will be added. These charges are for delivery within the UK only. Items which are to be delivered outside the UK will incur an additional charge which will be advised separately.

Damaged/Faulty Items
We will replace or make a refund for any item which is damaged or faulty or sent in error. All claims must be made via email to enquiries@aurumdesign.co.uk or by post to Aurum, 21 Bedford Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1AR within five days of receipt and the original item(s) must be retained for return or inspection by Aurum if required. We will advise you of the best method of returning the item.

Returns and Refunds
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your order within seven working days from the day after receipt of the goods by notifying us in writing - either by email to enquires@aurumdesign.co.uk or by post to Aurum, 21 Bedford Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1AR. The goods must then be returned to us, undamaged and unused, at the customer's own expense with the bag seal unopened. In the case of rings, if the ring is not the correct size we will re-order a new one providing the ring is unworn and the customer is measured by one of our sales staff. Providing notice has been given as specified, we will refund the cost of the item(s) within 30 days. Please note that we are unable to give refunds on postage costs. Refunds for items paid for by credit card will be made electronically to the account from which the original payment was made. Cheque payments will be refunded by a cheque made payable to the name on the original order and will be sent to the order or delivery address specified at the time of ordering.
